“The location is fantastic and gave us a great view of the Lift Bridge and surrounding park area. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food in the Tavern was solid and a nice surprise after cancelling other plans. I can see a return visit in the future.”

“First room we were given the AC was not working. We were given a different room that smelled of smoke. The drain moved very slow in the sink. The room was always overly humid and damp. Our towels would not dry. We were backed up to the elevator and heard it all the time. I will not stay again.”

“Very dirty. The pool area needed a lot of cleaning. There were towels all over the floors, and no clean ones for the guests. The life saving floatation devise was ripped off the wall. There were frayed strands of the rope in the pool and all over. The bed felt sandy as soon as I laid down. There was a plastic glove in the hallway when we got there, it was still there when we left the next afternoon. Price was similar to other options. I wish I chose one of them instead. I would never stay……

“The Lowell Inn is a beautiful, historic hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast on the porch was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, and the server was one of the best! Parking in the ramp with access to the hotel floors on each level was very convenient. We were able to walk around the town and down to the river.”

“The room was very clean and quiet. The air conditioning was the most accurate I have ever heard in a hotel room. Consistently stayed at 70 and if it went up or down a degree the fan that came on was very quiet. There were no fancy bells or whistles but a clean comfortable room. Front desk wasn't very friendly but the gentleman who kept the breakfast area stocked and clean was very nice. Breakfast was just ok. Same things every morning but really good coffee. “I think out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at this one is at the top of my list to never return to again. The hotel was extremely dirty, and the staff were rude. I told them my credit card number multiple times for them to charge the incidental fee at check in, and she messed it io every time. Adding 30 mins to my check in process. It got so bad, I had to write it down for her and she refused to give it back until I demanded she I received my information back so she couldn't use it anywhere.……
